PME Movable Mixer Series are widely for manufacturing various liquid products such as liquid detergent, shampoo, hair conditioner, body shower etc. The machines are and ideal device for preparation in various factories.

Performances And Features

The pot body of this series machine is connected with the pot cover by a flange, which can be opened through the manhole of the pot cover.

The inner layer in contact with the material is 316L stainless steel, the middle heating layer and the external thermal insulation layer are 304 stainless steel in line with GMP standards.

The machine has an electric heating device at the bottom of the pot body to adjust the heating temperature through a control box on the side of the pot body.

The machine adopts a single-way scraping mixing system at the top, and the mixing motor adopts Siemens motor in Germany and the Siemens inverter in the control box to adjust the speed of the mixing speed at 0-60r/min.

The machine can be selected according to the customer’s production process with or without a homogeneous system, the homogeneous is the bottom homogeneous system, the homogeneous motor uses Germany Siemens motor by the control box in the Siemens inverter to adjust the speed of the homogeneous speed in 0-3000r/min.

The control system of the machine is a pot body with side hanging control box, the box body is made of 304 stainless steel, the internal use of Germany Schneider electrical components, the box for the electronic control button, the instrument uses Omron, the use of Germany Siemens inverter.

The pot body is supported by four supporting legs with moving wheels, of which two are steering wheels and two are moving wheels.
